Paul C. Minney

Paul C. Minney is the founding partner of Young, Minney & Corr, LLP a law firm specializing in the representation of charter schools. YM&C offers expertise in every facet of charter school creation, expansion, and operation. Mr. Minney has practiced charter school law since drafting the 5th charter in the state in 1993. During the last twenty years Mr. Minney has litigated most of the seminal court cases that have improved the operational landscape for charter schools in California. Mr. Minney in a contributing author to the National Charter School Law Deskbook, is a founding member of the CCSA Legal Defense Fund, and formerly an appointed member of the CDE’s Charter School Advisory Committee. Dr. Minney received a Legacy Award at the 20th Annual Charter Schools Conference.
